Human Resource and Practice Director
The firm is seeking a Human Resource and Practice Director to direct and manage the business activities of Centurion’s Pan-African practice from its offices in Malabo and Johannesburg.
Working closely with Practice Group Leadership and others, the Director is responsible for business planning, internal operations, Human Resources, talent management and development, and financial planning and analysis for the practice, which includes lawyers in South Africa, Equatorial Guinea, Cameroon, Nigeria and Ghana.

Senior Associate
Centurion Law Group is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney with oil and gas expertise. The candidate should demonstrate high technical competence, substantive knowledge and the ability to draft complex documentation, and will be responsible for liaising with clients and government authorities.
The Senior Associate will be responsible for gathering information and advising clients on banking and finance matters, reviewing and interpreting legislation and applying it to the client’s commercial situation, preparing and drafting legal documents, conducting research and sharing knowledge on legal developments, and will be expected to take on business development and team management responsibilities.
