H.E Mohammad Sanusi Barkindo (Secretary General of OPEC), H.E Chief Timipre Sylva (Honourable Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Nigeria), H.E Tarek El Molla (Minister of Petroleum & Mineral Resources, Egypt), H.E Excellency Mustafa Sanalla (Libya Minister of Petroleum and Chairman of NOC), H.E Mohamed Arkab, (Algerian Minister of Petroleum), H.E Jean-Marc THYSTERE TCHICAYA (Minister of Hydrocarbons, Republic of Congo) have been confirmed as attending.
