Special Guest Of Honour Address will be delivered by H. E. Muhammadu Buhari (President & Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria). H.E Mohammad Sanusi Barkindo (Secretary General of OPEC), H.E Chief Timipre Sylva (Honourable Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Nigeria), H.E Tarek El Molla (Minister of Petroleum & Mineral Resources, Egypt), H.E Excellency Mustafa Sanalla (Libya Minister of Petroleum and Chairman of NOC), H.E Mohamed Arkab, (Algerian Minister of Petroleum), H.E Jean-Marc THYSTERE TCHICAYA (Minister of Hydrocarbons, Republic of Congo) have been confirmed as attending.
