Centurion Law Group and Guinea based SOC’s Lawyers Enter a Strategic Alliance

Centurion Law Group has signed a strategic alliance agreement with Guinean law firm SOC’s Lawyers to facilitate growth and promote commercial activity in Guinea Conakry.

Johannesburg, May 5, 2018 — Pan-African legal services provider, Centurion Law Group has signed a strategic alliance agreement with Guinean law firm SOC’s Lawyers.

Under the agreement, the firms will bring together their collective networks, skills and expertise to serve businesses, governments and non-governmental organizations in Guinea Conakry as well as neighboring jurisdictions. This strategic alliance will also allow Centurion Law Group to further assert its position as a Pan African Law practice and extend its reach to providing a full suite of legal services to companies operating in Francophone African markets.

As a newly established law firm, SOC’s Lawyers hopes to leverage on the Centurion Law Group network and Pan African reach to liaise with and provide legal counsel to top tier investors seeking to enter the Guinea market. “We are excited and proud to enter this new alliance with a reputable Pan African brand like Centurion Law Group,” said Sekou Oumar Camara, Managing Partner of SOC’s Lawyers.
