Juanita Nkene Mico Avomo to Lead Centurion Litigation Practice
Centurion is proud to announce the appointment of one of Equatorial Guinea’s leading litigators, Juanita Nkene Mico Avomo, to head our pan-African Litigation/Arbitration Practice Group.
Prior to joining the firm Juanita studied law in Spain and the US and worked with PwC in Malabo. At Centurion she has acted for leading corporations in the energy and resources sector on matters ranging from major engineering, project and joint venture disputes and arbitrations to shareholder disputes.
Juanita is a rising star in African legal circles and her leadership of the Litigation/Arbitration Practice Group will be a catalyst for Centurion’s pan-African integration and growth. Under Juanita’s direction the Litigation/Arbitration Practice Group is better positioned to provide Africa-wide litigation, international arbitration and contentious regulatory support, particularly in the energy and resources sector.
